Northwest Region  

This region was largely inhabited by the Kickapoo Indian Nation until the late 1700's. The area was finalized with the Michigan Ohio War in 1837.  Toledo is the largest city and its port defined the growth of the area.

This is a region I wish to explore more fully.

Ft Meigs  

Ft Meigs is a standing War of 1812 Fort. They host events most every weekend. Besides the Fort they have what Ive heard is an excellent Museum onsite.

Toledo Museum of Art 

Toledo is home one of the best Art museums in the area. One of the finest Glass collections around.
