Cruise In at the Military Preservation Society on the grounds of The Akron Canton Airport.  Hot Rods and airplanes at a discounted price. Normally the Mueum is $8.00 on this day you can walk in for $5.00

2010 Olde Canal Days Festival

This is a great time to to visit Canal Fulton and see the St Helena II. Allot happens at this festival. They have parades Fireworks Rides and Civil War reenactments.

July 10 - July 11, 2010
Revolution on the Tuscarawas: A Military Encampment at Fort Laurens in Bolivar Ohio.  The event is a Revolutionary War reenactment. They will be firing period weapons and reenacting a battle along with many displays and events. Any visit to Ft Laurens is good but this weekend it really comes to life.

August 7th and 8th 2010 

The Zoar Harvest Festival is a fun event and great time to visit Zoar. Lots of antiques and the buildings are all open and working ect.

August 13th thru 16th 2010 

The collins Group flies in once a year. They bring in 3 planes, The planes are on static display and for a fee rides can be arranged. This is a fun event and a chance to see a few more planes along with the mueums great collection. The planes in attendance should be B17G Flying Fortress; B-24J Liberator and a TP-51C Mustang.

The Yankee Peddler Festival

Huge Craft show with an early American theme Ahosted by Clays Park south of Canal Fulton. There is also some great food here.

Algonquin Mill Fall Festival this is a very fun event featuring steam powered flour and sawmills. There is a car show and all kinds of displays and food.
